I loved the room at Habitaciones Universal! The parquet floors gave it a cozy feel, and the flat-screen TV was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring Madrid. Having a patio was amazing, I even enjoyed breakfast there!

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the minibar in the twin/double room. It took up unnecessary space, but others might still enjoy it.

The room had a safe, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a mini-fridge; the location was excellent, right in the center of the city, everything was great.

The room was spotless with an exceptionally comfortable bed and a shower and bath sheets in the bathroom. Very close to a metro station, the location was FAVOURABLE and unbeatable, in the heart of the city. One could dine at restaurants such as Pampa Beef 5 minutes away.

booked an a single room with central heating, a personal safe, and flat-screen television. the bathroom was fairly clean, with a tub.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, handling every request fantastically. The location was perfect, just a short distance from the Prado National Museum.

my second stay in madrid was even better than before. habitaciones universal completely exceeded my expectations. the friendly hosts made me feel so looked after, and the comfortable beds and strong wifi made my stay so enjoyable. the location was perfect for exploring the city, with everything within walking distance. highly recommend!

Hilarious! This hotel is conveniently located near all the cool spots in Madrid. I felt like a VIP with their unique cleaning service: daily bed making whether I wanted it or not. Oh, and the staff's dog provided me with a free alarm clock.

I just adored the constant noise from the staff and their barking dog. Can't think of a better lullaby to help me sleep.

I keep coming back for a city trip. Staff gave me the best taxi tip. It suits me perfectly - Wi-Fi, Luggage storage, Flat-screen TV, Lift. No smoking on site. Pets allowed. Everything I need! No regrets!

This made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city and getting around. the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They made me feel right at home and were always available to answer any questions or provide assistance. It was a lovely touch to be greeted with such warmth during the holiday season.

If you want to be right in the heart of all the action, this hotel is perfect! It is located in the city center, just a stone's throw away from the Sol subway station. Everything you need is right on your doorstep, from shops and restaurants to cultural attractions. Plus, the rooms are equipped with all the necessary amenities, such as a shower, mirror, sink, wardrobe. You can also enjoy the convenience of super fast wifi and daily cleaning service.

It is unfortunate that the staff does not speak English fluently, which can be a bit challenging for non-Spanish speakers.
